2. How inquiries work
The form sends your name, company, email, optional phone, category, destination, quantity, message, specifications and privacy acknowledgment to FormSubmit over HTTPS. FormSubmit checks for spam and forwards the inquiry to [email protected] in our Zoho mailbox. Your browser temporarily leaves this website for the provider’s verification. There are no customer accounts, purchases or online payments. File attachments are not accepted.
3. Information and purposes
Fields cover name, company, email, optional phone, category, destination country, optional quantity and requirements. They help assess sourcing, clarify a quotation and respond. No advertising processing, sale of information, profiling or automated decisions are planned. Do not include health information, identity documents or banking details in an initial inquiry.
4. Choices and processing basis
Local preparation is initiated by your action. For future form transmission, information will be provided before submission and consent, where required, will remain separate from marketing. Required fields are identified; missing information prevents us from assessing the inquiry. A business inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The lawful basis for each real processing activity must be documented under applicable law before activation.
5. Recipients and providers
Only authorized PRASAM personnel should access business correspondence and rights requests. Zoho processes email you send us. Cloudflare is the chosen hosting/security provider for release; technical requests may include IP address, date, requested path, browser characteristics and security events. No personal-inquiry database, advertising, data resale or profiling is planned. Commercial APIs receive only the necessary product/destination parameters. A trading partner should receive contact data only when necessary for the request and appropriately governed. Entities, recipients, countries and safeguards must match applicable formalities before activation.
6. Retention and deletion
Non-contractual business inquiries are retained for 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, with quarterly manual review. Contract, accounting or dispute obligations may justify another period. FormSubmit states submissions are retained for 30 days (formsubmit.co/help). That is its provider period, not automatic deletion from our mailbox. Zoho and Cloudflare also apply their own service policies.
7. Security and international transfers
Public deployment must use HTTPS, restricted access and anti-abuse controls. No system guarantees absolute security. International hosting or email may involve processing outside Morocco. Countries, subprocessors, contracts and transfer arrangements must be checked before activation, together with applicable CNDP formalities. A generic checkbox does not replace that assessment. No CNDP receipt, authorization or approved transfer mechanism is claimed here.
8. Rights and complaints
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or objection on legitimate grounds. Depending on applicable law, you may also request deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. We verify identity proportionately and consider obligations that may require retention. You may contact Morocco’s CNDP (www.cndp.ma), or another competent authority where additional rights apply. Applicable statutory response periods must be observed; this policy does not reduce them.
9. Markets, children and updates
Intended markets include Morocco, India, the United States, Canada and African countries to be identified for each operation. Foreign obligations depend on jurisdiction, targeting and actual processing; universal compliance is not claimed. This site is intended for professional contacts and is not designed to knowingly collect children’s information. Please notify us of accidental collection. Changes to tools or purposes require updated information and, where needed, a fresh choice before activation.
10. Calculator without identification
The calculator runs in your browser without a name, email, account, persistent storage or freight API call. Product, quantity, country and port choices stay in the page. If you request confirmation, the summary is included in the contact-page URL and may appear in browser history and server logs; do not put personal information in these choices. No external freight provider receives the selections. Simulations can be downloaded locally.
Price sources and partner estimates
The server checks free price sources and temporarily caches their references without contact details. For a TGK Agro partner estimate, only grade and port are sent, using a fixed container reference and LC terms. Contact details entered in the PRASAM inquiry are not forwarded to these providers. No account, payment, booking or order is created. Providers receive technical information about the server connection. Partner results already include goods, freight and insurance and must not be added to the other calculator’s result.
Private rate-file review
In the local preview, a rate-summary file can be read into page memory for review. This control does not upload the file to the server, store it in the browser or publish anything; reloading clears the trial. Do not load confidential documents, full contracts or personal information. The estimate summary can be copied into an inquiry or downloaded; review its contents before use.
CNDP formalities before publication
The company has stated that it has not yet obtained a CNDP receipt or authorization covering this processing. This text therefore does not claim a completed notification or transfer authorization. Notification of the underlying processing and any required foreign-transfer request must be addressed before the relevant processing is activated. The receipt/authorization number, date and scope will be added when evidenced. Written policies do not replace these formalities.
Forwarding provider and transfers
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), presented by Devro LABS, processes submitted information and technical data needed for forwarding and spam prevention. International processing involves this provider, Cloudflare and Zoho. The reviewed documentation does not guarantee Moroccan data residency.
